InStone Design is owned and operated by Andrew Gieda, a master mason who brings years of experience working with block, brick and various types of stone, dating back to when he was 13, working along side his father in Poland learning to mix mortar for block and brick work.

Gieda trained under the skill of Chris Audsley of Audsley Masonry in Florence, Vermont, who inspired Gieda with his creativity, guiding him through the endlesspossibilities that can be created through carefully thought stone design. Gieda also studied political science and business management at Castleton State College in Vermont, marrying his skill for masonry with his desire to run a successful business.

Today, InStone Design Contractor provides residential masonry and design services for new construction, remodeling projects, and repairs. It also provides landscape
services including plantings, seeding, mulch, and general lawn maintenance and serves the Killington, Plymouth, Ludlow and Woodstock, Vermont areas.
